Our items are sent via Epacket, which is tracked airmail in conjunction with the United States Postal Service. This means you can track your shipments via USPS at this link: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
Some tracking numbers will not be “active” because the item has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Tracking numbers are generated but will not be active until the postal service scans them at points of contact. If you receive your tracking number but it is not found or not active, please be patient as the carrier still needs to scan the item.
While we will do our very best to accommodate corrections to order errors and incorrect addresses, it is up to the buyer to double check their orders before submitting. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and cannot guarantee that we will send items again free of charge.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if they are ordered all at once. Please keep this in mind if you fear you are missing an item.
Due to our shipping process, all sales are considered final once placed, and any returns may be initiated once the item is received.
Although our fulfillment house is located in California, USA, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not contact us within two weeks of this, you revoke the right to pursue any refunds or exchanges. This is the customer's responsibility to follow up.
