Home And Wild offers high quality items at factory direct prices.  We cut out extraneous storage and packaging costs so that you don't have to pay those extras in the item price.

 

When Will You Ship My Items?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-7 days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items are shipped.

 

Shipping Times

T-Shirts: 1-2 weeks, 1-3 weeks for international customers.

For other items please allow 10-15 business days / 2-3 weeks as they may be shipping from warehouses in other countries.

Please note we are not Amazon and we cannot offer 2 day shipping.  Please be aware of our shipping times before ordering if you need your items as a gift or by a certain date.

 

Order Corrections / Errors

While we will do our very best to accommodate corrections to order errors and incorrect addresses, it is UP TO THE BUYER to double check their orders before submitting.  We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and cannot guarantee that we will send items again free of charge.

 

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if they are ordered all at once.  Please keep this in mind if you fear you are missing an item.

 

Will I be provided with a tracking number?

Most orders will have a tracking number, however we cannot automatically provide these with your order emails.  If you want your tracking number please email support@homeandwild.com.  Some tracking numbers will not be "active" because the item has not yet been scanned by the carrier.  Tracking numbers are generated but will not be active until the postal service scans them at points of contact.  If you receive your tracking number but it is not found or not active, please be patient as the carrier still needs to scan the item.  Sometimes items get skipped for scanning, which is not ideal but happens on occasion especially with our international shipping partners.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

We want you to love your order.  If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return items for a refund.
